Where a programme uses session credits, the following credit guide may apply unless otherwise stated:
- Individual Session: 1 credit

Credits may be used flexibly according to the client’s circumstances and the agreed programme structure.

If a client asks for services to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, the client acknowledges that they may be required to pay for any services delivered before cancellation.
If the service has been fully performed with the client’s agreement before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, the client may lose the right to cancel once the service has been completed.
This section does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
- Refunds
Refunds are considered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable statutory rights.
No refund will be issued for sessions already delivered.
No refund will be issued for missed sessions, no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
