This package is designed for families, couples, or co-parents experiencing ongoing tension, communication difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or conflict affecting everyday relationships and family dynamics.

The sessions provide a calm, structured, and supportive environment focused on improving communication, reducing escalation, and helping participants move towards healthier and more stable interactions.

This package includes mediation-informed guided support in a voluntary, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where both individuals have the opportunity to be heard openly and constructively.

The process is designed to support:

• emotional clarity,
• reduced tension and misunderstandings,
• and more constructive ways of moving forward.

Sessions take place online via zoom.
