Commercial & civil Mediation Fees

I offer professional commercial and civil mediation for individuals, professionals, businesses, and organisations experiencing disputes, communication breakdown, or unresolved conflict.

Fees depend on the complexity of the matter, the number of parties involved, the preparation required, and the length of the mediation.

Two-Party Mediation

Hourly Mediation Session

£100 per party / per hour

Suitable for shorter or less complex matters where parties require structured support to communicate, negotiate, and work towards practical solutions.

Half-Day Mediation Package

4 Hours Mediation + 1 Hour Preparation

£350 per party

Suitable for less complex commercial or civil disputes requiring a structured mediation process.

Includes:

• pre-mediation preparation,
• review of basic background information,
• 4-hour mediation session,
• structured communication and negotiation support.

Additional time:
£100 per party / per hour

Full-Day Mediation Package

7 Hours Mediation + 2 Hours Preparation

£645 per party

Suitable for more detailed or higher-conflict matters requiring extended time, preparation, and structured negotiation support.

Includes:

• pre-mediation preparation,
• review of relevant background information,
• 7-hour mediation session,
• structured communication and negotiation support,
• breaks during the session where appropriate.

Additional time:
£100 per party / per hour

Three-Party Mediation

For mediations involving three parties, additional preparation and structure may be required.

Three-Party Full-Day Mediation

7 Hours Mediation + 3 Hours Preparation

£645 per party

Includes:

• extended preparation,
• review of relevant background information,
• 7-hour structured mediation,
• private meetings where appropriate,
• joint discussion and negotiation support.

Additional time:

All fees are agreed in advance before the mediation begins.

Where a matter is more complex, involves additional documents, or requires further preparation, a tailored quote may be provided.
